Arby’s on Schaad Road is looking to add a Shift Manager to our team!
We are seeking a motivated leader with at least 1 year of management or leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry. This role requires weekend availability and offers a flexible schedule, including both opening and closing shifts.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure operational standards, food safety, and cleanliness expectations are met.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift execution.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
